YOOtheme Pro is a commercial template with a so-called page builder from the template developer YOOtheme, which can be used to create beautiful, professional layouts.

With a page builder, individual pages in a website can be built and arranged. The advantage of a page builder is that I relatively short time a page with beautiful layout can be built. The big disadvantage is that each page has to be formatted manually.

The template developer YOOtheme has brought a template on the market with both a page builder and a template builder. With the template builder you can build a page in the same way as with the page builder, but that page can dynamically load content from Joomla articles, etc.

Performance

Template club templates often offer a lot of possibilities in terms of module positions, scripts etc. Such templates often have a poor performance because many CSS and JavaScript files are loaded.

Our experience with YOOtheme Pro is that it is well optimised in terms of speed and does not have the disadvantages of many commercial templates. We have been able to further optimise websites with YOOtheme Pro templates and achieve 4 x 100% for desktop in Google Lighthouse.
