Portfolio: Wijnstudie

Since 2002, Wijnstudie.nl has been offering wine courses, tastings, and tailor-made programs for both beginners and advanced wine enthusiasts. You can follow official SDEN training (from SDEN-1 to SDEN-3), take themed courses (such as wine & food), or join exclusive tastings.

All activities take place at various locations across the Netherlands, with Elst (Gld) as the central hub. Wijnstudie also has its own wine club: the Confrérie Néerlandaise du Vin. Focused on learning, experiencing, and enjoying wine.

The old website ran on Joomla 3 with a custom template. We modernized the site and made it easier to maintain by using Joomla’s core features as much as possible, combined with YOOtheme Pro.

The new website is SEO optimized and fully responsive. It performs excellently on tablets and mobile phones and has been thoroughly tested with Google Lighthouse for optimal performance.
